Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website lofamagri.com and any related content, materials, or services provided by LOFAM Agri Lab Pvt. Ltd. (“LOFAM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) (collectively, the “Service”).

• Do not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content

By interacting with our advertising or our Service, you acknowledge that information about your interactions may be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the policies of those platforms.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LOFAM and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your Submissions, or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice or cause, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lalitpur, Nepal, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LOFAM regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
